Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

- Item Not Delivered: If the product does not arrive via email or is not accessible from the thank you page post-purchase.

- Non-Functional or Defective Content: If the item is corrupt, inaccessible, or does not function as described.



Non-Refundable Cases

Unfortunately, refunds are not offered in these instances:

- You no longer want the item (change of mind).

- You’re dissatisfied with the design or features after delivery.

- The digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.


As per UK law, once a digital product is accessed/downloaded with your prior consent, your right to cancel is waived.

All digital products are recreated, verified, and quality-checked before delivery. We aim to avoid issues, but in the rare event of a problem, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
